Setting your browser to print background images and colors!

In order to conserve ink and toner most browsers will have an option which disables / enables printing of background images and colors.  On most browsers the default is set to disable printing background images.  The "print picks" report uses "background colors" to produce the "green bar" effect which makes it easier to read.  If you would like to see this in your report you need to enable it in your browser before printing.  After printing the report it would be a good idea to turn it off again.

For FireFox:

Go to File -> Page Setup.  Under Options select "print background (color and images)"

For Internet Explorer:

Go to Tools -> Internet Options and select the "Advanced" tab.  Scroll down until you find the "Printing" section.  Select "print background colors and images".
